Members' Regular Meetings:

BSCA's Members have a fundamental role in defining policies, objectives, goals and action plans for the Association every year. This is done through their participation in the Regular Meeting, held once a year. Financial reports and balance sheets are also submitted to the Members' Regular Meeting, for their approval.

In addition to the Regular Meetings, called once a year, Special Meetings may be called at any time, whenever required.

Permanent Board of Directors:

The Permanent Board of Directors is formed by members that have been BSCA members for more than 10 years. It is the highest body of the entity, and has veto powers in relation to the others. It is responsible for receiving, keeping, maintaining or approving suggestions to amend BSCA's Bylaws.

Honrary Council

The BSCA Honorary Council is a distinction granted to members who have made outstanding contributions to the strengthening of the association and the development of the specialty coffee sector in Brazil. This honor recognizes exemplary careers that reflect the values and objectives of the organization, both institutionally and within civil society.
Appointments to this position are made by the General Assembly, following a nomination by the Board of Directors and an evaluation of the nominee’s significant contributions. It is a lifetime title, unless formally renounced by the holder or revoked by decision of the General Assembly.

Executive Board of Directors:
 
The Executive Board of Directors is the managing body of the association, responsible for preparing and managing the action plans. It appoints a president and a vice-president among its members.
 
BSCA has an executive staff responsible for BSCA's Office and for organizing national and international events, including fairs and exhibitions.
