Located in the Serra da Mantiqueira region, in the city of Carmo de Minas, it is known for the production of fine coffees. was purchased by Fal Holdings Holdings Group Ltd. in 2014 from former owner Jose Roberto Canato. The farm has a total area of 575ha, has a rich native vegetation totaling approximately 200ha with preserved fauna and flora, and 25 preserved springs that flow into the green river basin, plus 180ha destinated to the coffee plantations. There are more than 20 families assisted by the property,currently has 36 employees.
